We treat the information you provide as an associate and contact persons involved in the contractual relationship with AMEC, during the period of validity of the same in order to maintain the contractual and commercial relationship, perform administrative tasks related to such services and offer an optimal and quality service through the WEBSITE and / or indicated in the data protection clause that is next to the form you just completed.


HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

In AMEC we treat the information that you provide us as an associate and the contact persons who participate in the commercial relationship during the period of validity of the same, in order to maintain the contractual and commercial relationship, perform administrative tasks related to the sale of our products and services, as well as to offer you an optimal and quality service through the WEBSITE. Likewise, if you fill out a form on the website, you should read the corresponding data protection clause in order to know the purpose of data collection.  

We use the information we have, according to your decisions, to provide you with quality services, as well as to ensure the operation of the same. The information provided will also be used to access and use our WEBSITE and to provide you with information about the products and services you desire.

AMEC may have a presence in social networks. The treatment of the data that is carried out of the people who become followers in the social networks of the official pages of AMEC will be governed by this section. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

HOW DO WE UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION?

All the information provided by the user through the registration or by filling in the WEBSITE forms must be truthful. In the same way, it will be the user’s responsibility to keep all the information provided to AMEC permanently updated so that it responds, at every moment, to the user’s real situation. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?

In accordance with the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights:

  • The right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not AMEC is processing personal data concerning him/her.
  • Right to request access to personal data we hold about you
  • Right to request rectification or deletion, e.g. you may request that your e-mail address be rectified if it is incorrect or request the deletion of data held by AMEC when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. At the time of deletion of the data, we will only keep them blocked for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
  • Right to request the limitation of its processing, for example, you have the right to limit the processing of your data for marketing purposes by contacting us to unsubscribe from the NEWSLETTER or commercial communications. DO WE TRANSFER OR GIVE YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?

The data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties, except to possible Data Processors (suppliers that provide services to our entity).
