We inform you that the personal data provided by you through this form, will be treated under the responsibility of AMEC (with NIF G08280950), in order to provide an effective management to your request and provide information about products and services marketed by the company.

The recipients of the information are the departments in which the AMEC company is organized, as well as those entities with which AMEC maintains collaboration agreements. These communications will be regulated by the mandatory Service Provision Contracts, in such a way that the confidentiality of the information is guaranteed at all times.

By accepting to send the data, you authorize AMEC, in compliance with the purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the transferee, to process my personal data within the scope of the institution, its departments, collaborating entities and related institutions, as well as the transfer to the appropriate public and private official bodies for the performance of their duties, in accordance with the provisions of European and/or National legislation in force at any given time.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellation Policy for: Missions, Fairs and Technical Conferences:

Virtual and Face-to-Face Missions

Once amec notifies the admission of the company to the activity, the cost of the agenda will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the activity, the fee corresponding to the rest of the services will not be refunded and unpaid amounts due will be invoiced.

Conference

In case of cancellation less than 60 days before the beginning of the activity, the corresponding fee will not be refunded.

Fairs

amec premium services:

  • In the event that the fair is postponed, amec will retain the fee paid. In the event that the company decides not to participate in the activity due to the change of dates, amec will reimburse 80% of the fee paid, keeping 20% as management expenses.
  • In the event that the fair is cancelled, amec will refund 90% of the participation fee to all companies, keeping 10% as a management fee.
  • In the event that the fair is held, but the company decides to cancel its participation unilaterally, the amount corresponding to the applicable fee will not be refundable.

Space reservation fee:

  • In case of unilateral cancellation of participation by the company, the amount paid for the rental of the space will not be refunded and the unpaid amount due will be invoiced.
  • In the event that the activity is postponed or cancelled, amec will apply the same conditions as the trade fair organizers, taking into account the exchange rates applied.

Turnkey Project Fairs

  • In case of unilateral cancellation of participation by the company, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  • In case the activity is postponed or cancelled, amec will not refund the non-refundable amounts plus a 10% administration fee.

Cancellation policy Courses:

  • For cancellations made during the 30 days prior to the start of the workshop, 75% of the amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made during the 15 days prior to the start of the workshop, no refund will be made.
